Intercultural Leadership Institute

Globalization has brought the need for higher education administrators to have intercultural competencies to the forefront of the academy. In addition, higher education leadership in the 21st century requires more and more attention to issues of diversity among administrators, faculty and students.  As a result, many leaders today are looking for ways to lead more effectively while promoting shared understanding between people with different values, experiences and practices.

The ILI at Goshen College will be a two-day symposiums, designed for higher education administrators who want to expand their own intercultural competencies while developing measurable strategies for intercultural learning and effectiveness for their institutions.
